Therefore, as a strategic measure a SharePoint based knowledge sharing and collaboration platform was built up for the whole corporation.

Therefore, as a strategic measure a SharePoint based knowledge sharing and collaboration platform was built up for the whole corporation.

Our contribution

At MNB we have supported the project from its early beginnings. We have defined and created SharePoint sites structure. Together with the customer we have developed countless collaboration and team pages applying our UX and UI best practice experiences, while maintaining strict corporate & brand design guidelines.

We have collaborated on creation of a training program for the whole group, split into beginners level, experts level & custom workshops. We have trained approx. 150 key users who then acted as know-how multiplicators.

We have created countless short promotion, training & how-to videos designed to self-train the users and increase the platform acceptance. Later, we have supported individual teams and departments with creating their own SharePoint pages.

In 2018 the platform was certified by TÜV according to ISO 9001:2015.
