Ten years ago, MNB Solutions was a one-man show. One person, one laptop, and a rather generous job description: technical consultant, project manager, architect, coder, designer - and everything in between and beyond.
Beyond the technical comfort zone
The early years took us from ServiceNow and SharePoint implementations into business processes, governance discussions and IT strategy. Far beyond the original technical comfort zone - and exactly where technology starts creating real business value.
Then came a defining project: taking over a platform in critical infrastructure, stabilizing it and rescuing thousands of files and documents others had already written off. That earned us the nickname "the fire brigade."
When the cloud transformation accelerated, we were already more than a year ahead. Clients began calling with larger projects, and MNB became more than a two- or three-person operation.
Where we are today
Today, we are a double-digit team and an international group with a German subsidiary - closer to our clients and partners.

Hold our beer
A client once asked us to become ISO 27001 certified. We said: "Hold our beer." Then we added ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 42001 for AI management. Not for the badges, but because we believe good work should stand up to independent scrutiny.
Principles that did not change
- Be customer zero: build and offer only what we would use or buy ourselves.
- Automate everything that does not require human judgment.
- Grow carefully enough that quality never becomes the price of scale.
The next decade
Our ambition is clear: to become a trusted European technology partner for regulated industries - delivering digitalization, automation and AI that work from day one and continue creating value for years.
No drama. No endless experiments. Just quality, certainty and a peaceful voyage through production.
Here's to the next ten years.
