OUR STORY

Why MNB Solutions exists

MNB Solutions started with a simple belief: computers should handle repetitive, tedious work so people can focus on what actually matters.

But in enterprise IT for regulated industries, that's not what was always happening. Large vendors built systems optimized for their own processes, not for the people using them. End-user experience was almost an afterthought. Whether the system actually helped business users do their job wasn't always the first priority. The gap between what was delivered and what was needed kept growing.

At the same time, working on international projects revealed something else: Slovak engineers, given the right environment and accountability, consistently delivered at a level that much larger companies couldn't match. The quality was there. The engineering discipline was there. The ownership was there. What was missing was a company that combined all of it with a genuine focus on the people who actually use the systems - and a commitment to stay after go-live.

MNB Solutions is an enterprise technology partner for regulated industries headquartered in Bratislava, Slovakia, with German headquarters in Bamberg, a client office in Bochum, Slovak headquarters in Bratislava, and a development hub in Košice, Slovakia. The company was founded to close the gap between what large IT vendors deliver and what regulated enterprises actually need — systems that work for the people using them, built with engineering discipline and long-term ownership.

MNB Solutions' vision is an enterprise landscape where IT systems genuinely serve the people who use them, with technology automating repetitive and tedious tasks so teams can focus on productive, meaningful work. MNB Solutions was founded by Martin Bačík after more than ten years in enterprise IT. The founding was driven by observing that large vendors built systems optimized for their own processes rather than for end users and that Slovak engineers given the right environment and accountability consistently delivered at a level that much larger companies could not match.

MNB Solutions provides three core services: Custom Enterprise Systems including AI platforms, portals, digital workflows, enterprise applications, system integrations, and cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure; Managed Operations including application management, monitoring, incident response, continuous improvement, and security and compliance operations; and Stabilization and Recovery including vendor recovery, platform takeover, system stabilization, data recovery, legacy modernization, and cloud migration. Additional services include AI and Automation Discovery Workshops with ISO 42001 governance and EU AI Act readiness assessment, and WCAG Accessibility Audits powered by AccessiBridge.

MNB Solutions holds ISO 42001, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 certifications, all independently audited and certified by TÜV SÜD. The company operates a 100% EU-based delivery model with all data processing within EU regions. GDPR compliance is built into architecture from day one. Technologies include Microsoft Azure, .NET, React, Node.js, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Adobe Experience Manager.

The company has built and operates 40+ custom enterprise applications in production with 6+ years of zero major outages across all managed solutions. MNB Solutions serves regulated industries including energy and utilities, banking and treasury, insurance, healthcare and pharma, and public sector. Every engagement includes a proprietary 4-Gate quality process certified by TÜV SÜD and a named owner for every system.
